9 am to Noon Vendors Room Set-Up/Vendors Only
Noon to 6pm Vendors Room Open
Noon to 12:45 pm Pre-Registration for Gold Weekend Patrons, not a necessity just a convenience
12:45 pm to 1:15 pm Pre-Registration for Any Weekend Patrons, not a necessity, just a convenience
1:15 pm to 6:00 pm Registration Open for all patrons
1:30 pm to 6:30 pm Theatre Open for events including guest appearances by Tinsel Korey and Christian Camargo, Auction and Yes/No Trivia Game, Twilight Lexicon Panel, TwilightMOMS on hosting a Twilight Themed Party, Convention hosted by The Hillywood Show Cast. Celebrity Autographs will go on beyond 6:30 pm.
9:30 pm Friday Night Karaoke Party, complimentary for Gold Weekend Patrons, for others it is $15 general admission!
SATURDAY, AUGUST 20, 2011
9 am to 9:30 am Vendors Room set-up/vendors only
9:30 am to 7 pm Vendors Room Open for all patrons
9:30 am to 6:30 pm Registration Open for all patrons
10 am to 6:30 pm Theatre Open for events including celebrity appearances by Tinsel Korey, Patrick Brennan, Booboo Stewart, Bill Tangradi, Guri Weinberg, exclusive videos, auctions, Twilight Lexicon Panel, costume competition with a $250 first prize, TwilightMOMS Panel. Hosted by The Hillywood Show Cast. Note: celebrity autographing will go beyond 6:30 pm.
9:30 pm (time tentative) Saturday Night Volturi Vampire Ball & Themed Centerpiece Competition, complimentary for our Gold Weekend Patrons. A few extra tickets are available for $89. Cameras permitted ONLY when guests first arrive, then kindly put them away so guests can also enjoy their stay!
SUNDAY, AUGUST 21, 2011
9:30 am Sunday Continental Breakfast with Celebrities (Tentatively Peter Facinelli, Booboo Stewart and Guri Weinberg) and our Charity Silent Auction. Check at registration on Friday and Saturday for availability as this usually sells out. If tickets are available at the convention they will be $79.
9:45 am to 10 am Vendors Room set-up/vendors only
10 am to 5:30 pm Vendors Room and Registration Open for all patrons
10 am to 6 pm Theatre Open for events including celebrity appearances by Peter Facinelli, Booboo Stewart, exclusive videos, auctions, Twilight Lexicon Panel, and more! Hosted by Hannah & Hilly Hindi, Creators of The Hillywood Show.
